How ARMS works: leak calls, maintenance visits and moisture surveys

What actually happens when you call the leak line, when a crew shows up for a scheduled visit and when we survey a roof for hidden moisture. Each page walks through the work step by step.

How it works

Three steps to a roof you can plan around

  1. Baseline inspection

We walk the roof, map it section by section and document its condition. It's free when you sign up for a maintenance program. Request one.

  2. Pick a program

Side ARMS, Strong ARMS or Fully ARMed puts inspections, housekeeping and repairs on a schedule. Compare programs.

  3. A report after every visit

Photos, findings, work performed and a condition rating for every section, building up your roof record. What's in a report.

The same standard on every job

Every ARMS visit, whether it's a leak call, a scheduled visit or a survey, follows the same rules: crews work under a written safety program, repairs over a set dollar threshold need your written approval, every repair gets a self-check and photo closeout, and every visit ends with a report in the same format.
