We repair, service and maintain existing commercial roofs, steep slope and low slope, and diagnose what's wrong with them. We don't sell replacements, so we put everything into keeping the roof you have in service longer.

Low Slope
Inspections, drain and debris clearing, and seam, flashing and penetration repairs on flat and low-slope commercial roofs.
Steep Slope
Flashing, valley, penetration and edge repairs plus scheduled upkeep on commercial and institutional steep-slope roofs, such as churches, offices and buildings with mixed roof areas.
TPO
Seam, membrane and flashing repairs and scheduled maintenance on single-ply TPO roofs.
PVC
Membrane, seam and flashing repairs and maintenance on single-ply PVC roofs.
EPDM
Seam, patch, flashing and penetration repairs and maintenance on EPDM rubber roofs.
Modified Bitumen
Section repairs, flashing rebuilds and life-extension work on modified bitumen roofs.
Built-Up (BUR)

What we don't do (yet)
We'd rather be clear up front. ARMS does not currently offer full roof replacement (we'll refer you to a replacement contractor) or drone surveys.
